Current market conditions present unique challenges for interim managers in 2024: While utilization rates are declining and the recent price increases have stagnated, future-oriented topics such as the digitalization of business models, artificial intelligence, and IT security are gaining increasing importance. Despite their high relevance, however, these topics are often not sufficiently implemented in interim projects – frequently due to a lack of resources or specific expertise.
These developments reflect the findings of the latest Interim Manager Agenda 2024 study, conducted by MERITUS.
