Interns and working students

In addition to your congenial and convincing personality, you have a strong analytical mind, good organizational skills, and a high degree of assertiveness. You are motivated by new topics and tasks.
Furthermore, you have the following qualifications:

Intermediate exams with excellent results, e.g. in business administration, industrial engineering, law studies or mechanical engineering
Previous practical experience, apprenticeships, internships, or student worker assignments
Excellent language skills (German, English) and good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

With outperformance, we will offer you a fixed contract after your graduation. Our requirements are correspondingly high.

Graduates and post graduates

In addition to your congenial and convincing personality, you have a strong analytical mind, good organizational skills, and a high degree of assertiveness. Self-responsible and entrepreneurial thinking and action is quite normal to you. You are motivated by new topics and tasks.
Furthermore, you have the following qualifications:

Successfully completed master’s or graduate’s degree with excellent results, maybe a double qualification (such as a PhD degree), e.g. in business administration, industrial engineering, law, or mechanical engineering
Previous practical experience, apprenticeships, internships or student worker assignments – preferably within the consulting sector
Highly-motivated, target-oriented working attitude with appropriate flexibility and readiness to travel
Excellent language skills (German, English) and a good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

After a short integration phase, you will become a full team member in one of our projects. You will take part in the MERITUS Academy Program and be trained accordingly.

Professionals with consulting background

As senior experienced management consultant, you have strong analytical skills, high consulting performance and an authentic appearance. You think strategically, understand organizational context and corporate connections, and enjoy forming sustainable business models at our clients. You want to grow personally and are looking for a versatile and dynamic work life with the prospect of a possible entrepreneurial partnership within a growing restructuring consultancy.
Furthermore, you have the following qualifications:

Several years of relevant work experiences in a leading management consultancy – best, focusing on restructuring and profit improvement
A successfully completed university degree or PhD – e.g. in business administration, industrial engineering, law studies or mechanical engineering
A record of successfully completed projects as proof point for your business sense and consulting abilities
A highly-motivated, target-oriented working attitude with appropriate flexibility and readiness to travel

Your entry as consultant, principal or partner depends on your professional experience. We will make an individual offer to you reflecting your professional experience.

Professionals with industry background

As senior experienced industry expert, you have in-depth functional knowledge, strong analytical skills, high functional performance, and an authentic appearance. You go about things in a pragmatic way and are interested in operational assignments to improve the profit situation, operating processes, and organizational structures at our clients. You want to grow personally and are looking for a versatile and dynamic work life with the prospect of a possible entrepreneurial partnership within a growing restructuring consultancy.
Furthermore, you have the following qualifications:

Several years of work experience in a leading company – best, within procurement, production, R&D, sales, finance and controlling
A successfully completed university degree or PhD – e.g. in business administration, industrial engineering, law studies or mechanical engineering
A record of successfully completed projects, maybe with some lean management background
A highly-motivated, target-oriented working attitude with appropriate flexibility and readiness to travel
