How does a project with MERITUS look like?

We choose a pyramidal approach and focus on the essentials

Our analyses are concise and profound. We are target-oriented and opt for an 80/20-approach according to the Pareto principle – thus, we are able to realize quick project results. In order to do so, we have an eye for the most effective change levers, which we implement consistently.

We center on a brief analysis followed by consistent implementation

During a first telephone call or personal meeting we discuss your starting situation and problem at hand. We define first cornerstones of our tasks. In some cases, it might be useful to exchange extended basic data. If you’d like us to sign a non-disclosure agreement, we will happily do so.

In a personal meeting, you can get a first noncommittal personal impression of us. We will show you some project examples and discuss possible approaches and results for your particular case. First relevant information and data will be exchanged. On this basis, we will prepare a detailed project proposal for you.

In a short period of time we will create a deeper understanding of your precise situation, crucial success factors and acute need for action. We will develop your future vision with improvement measures that can be quantified in monetary terms. This will eventually lead into a concise implementation plan. A sound cost-benefit calculation will be the decision-making basis for your implementation.

During implementation, we will work together in realizing key optimization levers. We will address operational improvements in processes and structures e.g. applying lean management methods. We will also have a strong focus on financial improvements. Our implementation success will be monitored in status meetings, where countermeasures will be defined in case of substantial deviations. In order to achieve sustainable improvements, we will coach and qualify your key players during the entire project.
